Siweibo has invested in and operated more than 30 dry bedding and organic fertilizer factories across the country, with production and sales of more than 300,000 tons in 2021, and more than 200,000 tons of projects under construction; it has invested in and operated more than 400,000 tons of high-depth wastewater treatment for ranches. Siweibo has been deeply involved in the upstream and downstream of the agricultural environmental protection service supply chain, and has its own environmental protection equipment factory to produce core equipment such as molecular membrane and airflow membrane fermentation systems, turners, dense phase deep dehydration machines, and complete sets of water treatment environmental protection equipment.
In the overall ranch solution, we use the "biological + molecular membrane" high-temperature static aerobic fermentation patented technology to replace a factory building with a membrane, and efficiently and low-costly produce high-quality bed drying bedding required by the ranch from cow dung, and use excess cow dung and other solid waste for organic fertilizer production. At the same time, we have also mastered the most complete core technology and process for high-concentration livestock and poultry breeding organic wastewater treatment in China, which can treat the wastewater generated by ranch breeding at a low cost to meet the discharge standards, realize the comprehensive and comprehensive treatment of manure and sewage, effectively control the environmental protection treatment costs of the breeding industry, alleviate environmental protection pressure, and comprehensively improve the level of resource utilization and efficiency of manure and sewage.
The high-performance membrane material used in the molecular membrane has a molecular filtration microporous structure, which can effectively control odor and completely eliminate bacteria. At the same time, air molecules and water vapor molecules in the pile can pass normally, while external water molecules cannot enter. The fermentation conditions required for biological bacteria to convert waste into high-quality compost in a short time are formed inside the membrane. The fermentation process is automatically collected through instrument data and computer feedback control. The ventilation system realizes automatic control of oxygen supply according to the energy consumption in the compost. By maintaining the temperature, humidity and oxygen supply in the optimized area, the humification process of organic waste is effectively shortened and the fermentation efficiency is improved.
