Intelligent fermentation and composting of molecular membranes of livestock and poultry manure has been listed as a popular technology for agriculture and animal husbandry in 2023 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. In order to further study the adaptability of this technology in farms of different livestock species in Jiangsu Province, on September 18, 2023, Jiangsu Provincial Animal Husbandry Station organized more than 40 experts including experts and professors from Nanjing Agricultural University and Nanjing University of Technology, representatives of breeding, resource utilization, molecular membrane research and development units, and heads of relevant animal husbandry technology promotion departments to observe the "bio + molecular membrane" intelligent static aerobic no-turning patented technology fermentation and composting site of Aideweigang Modern Animal Husbandry (Sihong) Co., Ltd. invested and operated by Beijing Siweibo, and invited experts to teach molecular membrane intelligent fermentation and composting technology. Siweibo, the research and development unit of "bio + molecular membrane", introduced the technology and equipment technology and equipment promotion and application.


The expert team came to our company's Sihong bedding production base for investigation and observation. Our general manager Fu and the head of the base warmly received the expert team and introduced in detail the process flow, process advantages and characteristics of fermentation-formed inorganic bedding of "bio + molecular membrane". After an in-depth and systematic understanding, the expert team fully affirmed and highly praised our company's level of specialization and contribution to the industry.








During the seminar, various companies that applied intelligent fermentation and composting technology introduced the advantages and characteristics of our "bio+molecular membrane" technology and processes, and compared the investment and operation of different processes. Experts and professors put forward very valuable suggestions and opinions on the promotion and application of "bio+molecular membrane" intelligent fermentation process in the future resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Jiangsu Province.





This observation activity enabled the expert team to have an intuitive understanding of our process, technology and operation. In the future, we will further study the adaptability of this technology in different livestock farms in Jiangsu and do a good job in technology promotion and reserve work.
